Ganache is made by heating heavy cream and melting chocolate into it to create a creamy, gooey, delicious chocolate cream. Depending on the intended use, the ganache can be made with less cream for a heavier, thicker consistency or with more cream for a soft, flowing consistency. It can be used as a filling or topping, glaze or whipped frosting.
